LUREN treats employees as one of the family's member. In Luren, we will feel like being at home. and a strong family unification. LUREN and its Employee Welfare Committee offer a wide range of events, throughout the whole year, to meet employees diverse needs. We will do all types of activities together: playing baseball, going for trip, dining together and year end party. |

| Every year Luren will have her members gather together to have a company trip. In summer 2004, Luren is having a trip with almost 200 people going to Thailand for 4 days 3 night. Exquisites palaces, legendary temples, idyllic scenery, elephant riding, water sport, Thai massages, Dream World are some of the activities that we have in Thailand. |
| Dining together to celebrate and build team members relationships. We have party not only for the end-of-the year party, but also during Christmas party, special occasion and birthday. |
