Vacation
|
Vacation allowance for a new calendar year is based upon length of service as of the prior December 31st, and is awarded only if you are on the active payroll on that date.
If you have been employed less than a year, your vacation is pro-rated based on the number of full months worked during the previous calendar year. Less than one year of service receives one full day per full month worked, up to a maximum of 7 days. |

If you are getting married, you will get 8 days vacation. During engagement, you will also get 1 day vacation. |

Starting from giving a birth that day, within a month, male employee has 3 days vacation. |
