Precision Part Production
We have world-class production machinery and inspection systems, such that one micrometer is used as our building block for dimensions of our parts.  Dimension tolerances and clearance between two parts are controlled very precisely.

Gear Specialization
We are not a professional gear producer, but we are the best specialist in gear production.  We design and manufacture all kinds of gear cutters, especially hobs and shaving cutters and become a world-wide leading gear cutter supplier.  We design and produce CNC machine tools for hob sharpening, warm and thread grinding, as well as gear grinding for international customers.  We also developed state-of-the-art software to simulate gear mating.  More than two hundred sets of such software are in use for design purpose all over the world.  Production of highly qualified spur gears is now our routine work on daily basis.

Precision Stream Test
All out-going spinning pumps, newly assembled or over-hauled, will only be approved with our precision automatic stream test.  We do three tests at outlet pressure of 200 psi and the deviation must be within 1%.  Three tests at 800 psi are also conducted and the result must be within 2%.  The slip between the two pressures must be within 3%.  These acceptance criteria have been verified in many production lines.
